RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We DO NOT imply a return, refund and cancellation policy for our services/products.

Once client made a confirmation from our team relating services/products and made a purchase through website, online banking or offline, the payment made are absolute.

AIDAQ reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities for further investigation.

Exchanges

Clients are only allowed to change course/class/appointment date and time once (1) only if there is still an availability OR send a friend to replace your attendance to attend the session that has been set. If clients need to change the course, any difference need to be paid before attend to the class/appointment.

You need to inform AIDAQ within seven (7) days if you are unable to attend the scheduled session via email to aidaqsvc[at]gmail.com or call us at 03-2602 0561 / 012-616 9034 / 012 -358 9034 / 010-892 7443.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
